What Azzolina has in mind for a 132-acre site he owns on USRoute 35 is a town center with 76 townhouses, 140 multifamilyunits, a small number of single-family homes, offices, a retailcomplex, a museum and an educational wetlands area.

While no specific project cost was disclosed, estimates are thatin would be in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
