The White Plains-based brokerage firm McCarthy O'Callaghan Co.secured the lease for the firm, which will relocate from offices atthe South Street Seaport in New York City to quarters inWestchester County.

The three-story building, owned by Ivy Equities, was built in1983 and totals 115,046 sf.

No financial details of the transaction were released.
