Grand Business Park is located next to the Douglas SquareShoppingCenter and is one of the few Class A office developments ineasternJackson County. The building in which Alamosa and Trinityare movinginto was built on a speculative basis.
Mechanical Breakdown Protection Inc. was the first tenant in theofficepark. In the first building where Mechanical is located,about 5,000square feet remain unleased. Plans call for a thirdbuilding, of 22,000square feet, to be built next summer.
