Langford was the senior vice president of marketing for KollCorporate Development. Three years ago he was honored with theStemmons Service Award, presented annually by the North TexasCommercial Association of Realtors. Wells has been president ofBeer-Wells Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estateoperation founded in 1952. He also is a director of FirstMercantile Bank and chairman of the Richardson YMCA. Gault, anarchitect, was a vice president of development for Koll.
