With the 137-unit project nearly complete and 115 units stillfor sale, the Angelos have reportedly brought in Coldwell BankerBarbara Sue Seal to handle sales, replacing Windermere Real Estate,which had a one-year marketing agreement. None of the companiescould immediately be reached for comment.
The Angelos also named Betty Peath site manager of HeritagePlace. Peath previously managed an Angelo property in Seattle. Sheand her husband will live on site.
