The firm, logocenter.com, is leasing the site from ProterraProperties Inc. The space will accommodate executive offices,design, customer service, sales and screenprinting and embroiderydivisions.

The company's 15 employees are now housed in 3,000 sf in abuilding situated in northeast Ft. Worth near the intersection ofInterstate 820 and Trinity Boulevard. The company anticipatesdoubling its workforce after the relocation. A second shift ofworkers already has been added and a third shift is beingcontemplated, says Mike Rose, company president and CEO, whostarted the company in his back yard. He says the new location,within 200 yards of the BallPark at Arlington, was selected becauseit's readily accessible to air and highway freight systems.
