ForDivco, he will oversee assets in Silicon Valley as well as inSouthern California. Hermann, also previously with Cornerstone,will coordinate Divco's commercial real-estate investmentactivities.

Divco's portfolio is concentrated in the western United States.The firm estimates it oversees more than nine million sf of officespace in Silicon Valley, the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angelesand other markets.
