General Atomics has signed a 5-year lease with Luis and CelesteBran valued at just over $1 million for the building at 6995Flanders Dr. The San Diego-based company, which has 1,400 localemployees, occupies nearly one million sf of engineering and testfacilities, precision manufacturing installations and advancedtechnology laboratories in San Diego. CB Richard Ellis' central SanDiego office represented the tenant, General Atomics and ColliersInternational acted on the owner's behalf.
