The building will be co-owned by Vlahakis Commercial InvestmentandBrokerage and Aviation Insurance. The two companies will take upabout 7,000sf of the 22,000 sf building.
The rest of the space in the three-storybuilding will be offeredfor lease at about $14.50 per sf, plus utilities."This is going tobe a big step for the Downtown area," says Vlahakisco-owner NickVlahakis.
