ORANGEBURG, NY-The ownership of 30/40 Ramland Road have signed total of 25,000 sf in new lease transactions at its two-building, 80,000-sf office complex.

GHP Office Realty of Scarsdale, which purchased the Ramland Road property earlier this year, says that Vision-Sciences, a Natick-MA-based health services manufacturing and development firm, has signed a deal for 10,000 sf of office and high tech space. Radiancy, another medical technology firm has leased 5,250 sf.

Rounding out the transactions, Healthcare Facilities Management has secured 6,200 sf of space and Guidecraft Inc., a children’s toy and furniture manufacturer, has relocated from Nanuet to 4,000 sf of office and showroom space.

All the lease deals were for space at the 40 Ramland Road building, according to GHP officials.
