A source with Opus says the company sold a 29,120-sf buildingfor $2.3 million. The name of the buyer was not immediatelyavailable. Mike Lloyd of Colliers International represented Opus inthe deal.

The two remaining buildings Opus owns there--267,413-sf and79,040-sf--are about 50% leased, the source says. Both are beingmarketed for lease and for sale. Lease rates in the largerbuilding, a distribution facility, start at 45 cents per sf permonth, including a $3 per sf tenant improvement allowance. Thesmaller building, a manufacturing facility, is priced at 70 centsper sf per month, including a $10 per sf tenant improvementallowance.

Opus also recently finalized a six-year lease on a 17,000 sfspace at Sierra Point, an office complex on the San FranciscoPeninsula. The deal was signed with on-line firm Colo.com.
