The new building is one of four currently at the campus, whichpresident Michael Alfieri wants to market as a "state-of-the-artbusiness center." The total square footage of the complex is380,000 sf. Alfieri hopes to attract a mix of small businesses andlarge corporate tenants to the new asset.
