ISELIN, NJ-This town is now home to Cushman & Wakefield Inc., which has opened its third New Jersey office here. According to executive managing director Donald P. Eisen, the location is prime to C&W’s coverage of central New Jersey, which he called “one of the state’s fastest growing, strategic business locations.”

The office will be populated by C&W veterans Jerry Richter, Joseph Sarno, Frank Caccavo and Jon Marks. All of the men are senior directors, except for Marks, whose title is director. Two other employees will also be housed in the office.

Currently, C&W employs 50 brokers in the state. The firm’s first Garden State office opened in 12970 when C&W entered East Rutherford. In 1984, it opened its Parsippany branch.
