A workshop held here by government leaders of Miami-Dade,Broward and Palm Beach counties learned about formation of theInternetCoast Advisory Council. It is designed to coordinate thethree-county push to stimulate tech job creation.
The workshop marked the realignment of InternetCoast promotionalfunctions previously handled by private-sector volunteers. Thesewill now be largely run by the business development agencies of thethree counties.
A website has been established (www.InternetCoast.com) as acentral information exchange. Listed are hundreds of tech firmswith South Florida offices, as well as the area's latesttech-related news.
