The only other hospital that Mayo operates outside Minnesota,its headquarters location, is in north Scottsdale in themaster-planned community of Desert Ridge. The hospital is aboutfive miles north of the newly leased office space.
The Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease onbehalf of Mayo, and Trammel Crow represented the building owner,Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada.
