PHOENIX-The venerable Mayo Clinic has leased 26,000-sf in a north Scottsdale office building.Mayo leased for three years office space in the Scottsdale Executive Center, which is at 16100 N. Hayden-Greenway Loop. Mayo began moving into the two suites this month.

The only other hospital that Mayo operates outside Minnesota, its headquarters location, is in north Scottsdale in the master-planned community of Desert Ridge. The hospital is about five miles north of the newly leased office space.

The Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease on behalf of Mayo, and Trammel Crow represented the building owner, Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada.
