With all project appeal dates passed, the nation's largestretailer says it will start construction with a 148,600-sf store,but has approvals for a 219,000-sf Supercenter, another 105,000-sfbuilding and a third, 6,000-sf building, all to be developed as themarket demands.

The company plans to begin moving dirt before the end of theyear, and begin actual construction a month or so after accepting abid for the job before the end of the year.The Wal-Mart is expectedto open by next fall.
