Redevelopment officials have said they want the former UAbuilding to be sold to local theater company Camera Cinemas. Cameraalready owns locations on South First Street and South SecondStreet, but says it would close those theaters if they were able topurchase the United Artists space.

Both buildings are being marketed by Forest City EnterprisesInc., a Cleveland-based investment banking trust. Asking priceswere not immediately available.
