The other properties involved in this agreement are 350 FifthAve., 60 East 42nd St., 250 West 57th St., 200 Fifth Ave., 1107Broadway, 112 West 34th St., 501 Seventh Ave., 1333 Broadway, 1350Broadway, 1359 Broadway and 1400 Broadway.

The agreement was signed with Gillette Global Network, Inc., afull-service broadband communications and application serviceprovider that has been in business since 1994. Gillette willinstall its Broadband Building Infrastructure Deployment System.The company uses its own facilities and fiber-optic backbone,providing the services and personalized customer care.

This win greatly augments our alreadyprominent New York footprint."
