The 28,000 square foot facility is estimated to cost about $3millionand take about nine months to complete. More than 50 peoplewill work atthe center, which will house 400 to 500 new and usedpower units.

Hunt Midwest is both the developer and design/build contractorfor theproject, an unusual role for the company. Hunt Midwest hasserved inthese capacities in SubTropolis, its undergroundindustrial park formore than 20 years, but in the past has hadbuyers of above groundproperties make their own constructionarrangements.
