Klausner, who had been a partner in the law firm of Drinker,Biddle & Shanley of Florham Park, NJ, he comes to Matrix withan extensive background in real estate. While with Drinker, Biddle,he worked with his new employer on a number of deals, includingmajor recent transactions with RCN Corp., Lifetime Hoan Corp. andthe Jack Morton Cos.
In the 20 years of its existence, Matrix has developed realestate assets totaling more than $1 billion. In recent years, ithas been most active in developing properties within the NJTurnpike Exit 7, 7A and 8A submarket.
