The largest transaction was with Hypertech Solutions, whichsigned a lease for 1,600 sf of space, followed by Home ServiceStore, a membership organization for home maintenance, repair andimprovement needs, which secured a 1,300 sf office in a relocationfrom space it occupied at 2 Gannett Dr. in White Plains.
Other deals announced by GHP were with: Eastern StatesAssociates, which relocated to the building from Montrose, KevinFitzgerald & Associates, a medical insurance consultation firm,Persico Contracting and Trucking, which renewed and expanded itslease and Max Parangi, Architect, which signed a long term renewalfor its space.
