USOL Eyes TVO Highland LP Deal as Key to Long-Term Growth

AUSTIN-A subsidiary of Austin-based USOL Holdings Inc., a technology solutions provider for multifamily real estate, has secured a contract to service Highland Crest, a 280-unit apartment community in Dallas.

US OnLine is signing its first pact with TVO Highland LP, owner of the complex, The Vandenburg Organization and its management company, EPT Management. The cable television contract opens doors for long-term growth of the Austin-based operation since the TVO hierarchy owns and manages 75 multi-dwelling communities in 14 states, many of which are situated in USOL’s core markets, says Rob Solomon, USOL Holdings CEO.

USOL, a provider of bundled high-tech solutions for the multifamily sector, was founded in 1994 by a gtroup of real estate professionals. In recent months, US OnLine’s base has grown significantly by expanding relationships with existing customers and new sign-ups, focusing its efforts in TX’s major metropolitan markets. US OnLine holds contracts for 41,025 units at complexes in Austin, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Denver, Houston, Portland, San Antonio and Washington, D.C. USOL Holdings also owns TheResidentClub, which develops Internet platforms that provide a range of private-labeled online solutions for multifamily communities and other residential markets.

The company provides integrated telecommunications and entertainment services to residential real estate sector. Its development portfolio includes local and long distance telephone, customized cable television and high-speed Internet access.
