US OnLine is signing its first pact with TVO Highland LP, ownerof the complex, The Vandenburg Organization and its managementcompany, EPT Management. The cable television contract opens doorsfor long-term growth of the Austin-based operation since the TVOhierarchy owns and manages 75 multi-dwelling communities in 14states, many of which are situated in USOL's core markets, says RobSolomon, USOL Holdings CEO.

USOL, a provider of bundled high-tech solutions for themultifamily sector, was founded in 1994 by a gtroup of real estateprofessionals. In recent months, US OnLine's base has grownsignificantly by expanding relationships with existing customersand new sign-ups, focusing its efforts in TX's major metropolitanmarkets. US OnLine holds contracts for 41,025 units at complexes inAustin, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Denver, Houston, Portland, San Antonioand Washington, D.C. USOL Holdings also owns TheResidentClub, whichdevelops Internet platforms that provide a range of private-labeledonline solutions for multifamily communities and other residentialmarkets.

The company provides integrated telecommunications andentertainment services to residential real estate sector. Itsdevelopment portfolio includes local and long distance telephone,customized cable television and high-speed Internet access.
