Volvo Cars of North America is taking 5,429 sf of flex spacefrom Crow Holdings Industrial Trust. The structure is located at8401 Sterling, Commerce Park in Irving. Grubb & Ellis has actedon the lessee's behalf as it did for On Time Texas Inc., which hassigned for 12,400 sf of warehouse and distribution space at 1840 W.Airfield Dr., Dallas. The building is owned by AMB InstitutionalAlliance Fund I LP.
The Grubb & Ellis team has secured an 8,864-sf lease renewalof class B space at 8001 LBJ Freeway in Dallas between Bridgefarmer& Associates Inc. and landlord Nobel Service Corp., which wasrepresented by Teakwood Realty Advisors.
