Hilton is said to planning to build a 150-unit hotel flying theHampton Inn & Suites flag in the Crystal City section ofArlington.
The parking lot at 2000 Jefferson Davis Highway reportedly willbe transformed into a hotel by October 2001, but Hampton officialshave not confirmed the project.
The Washington metro area has room for more hotels, particularlythe limited service Hampton Inns, according to hotel industryofficials.
