The planned 180,000-sf, three-story office building will bethree times larger than PacSun's current quarters a few blocksaway. Another 300,000 sf of distribution space also will be built,enough to service 1,200 stores.
Pacific Sunwear says escrow on the parcel should close inDecember. The new office and distribution complex should be readyto occupy by the end of next year.
