MediaMap will relocate into space previously leased by theArthur D. Little consulting firm, which committed to 360,000 sf atthe 770,000-sf complex, but then opted to stay put at its longtimehome in Cambridge's Alewife section. The firm's decision, made by anew management team, shocked the real estate industry last yearwhen it was first announced. ADL benefited by the tight officemarket, however, quickly securing tenants at higher rental ratesthan it initially agreed to pay the developer, O'NeillProperties.

Senior Associate Christopher T. Cuddy and Associate Charles P.Kavoogian of CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners representedMediaMap in the lease, while Steve Purpura of Trammell Crow actedon behalf of ADL. Trammell Crow has also been retained by O'Neillto sell the 37-acre property. A former Army installation, thesprawling development is expected to fetch upwards of $200million.
