Theopening of the Tip O'Neill Federal Building and, more recently, anew state courthouse that houses several state agencies helped themarket substantially.

In all likelihood, Archon will not be the landlord of 200Portland St. for long, given that the Texas-based real estateconcern has retained CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners to brokerthe sale of the 112-year-old property, which was renovated in1985.
