The company, which boasts more than $100 million in annualvehicle sales, is planning a 5,800-sf showroom and sales facilityat 900 S. Colorado Blvd. The property will be linked by a coveredwalkway to its Mercedes-Benz facility.
The Mini Cooper franchise will sell the Mini, which is built inOxford, England. Beginning in early 2002, Murray will be only ofabout 70 BMW dealers in the nation licensed to sell the specialtyvehicle. The Murray dealerships began in 1974.
The new building will have Bavarian-Swiss architecture, saysJerry Boland, of Denver-based Gray Design Group. HaseldonConstruction Inc. of Denver will serve as general contractor.
