Thomas S. Bozzuto, chief executive officer of the Bozzuto Group,Greenbelt, MD has been named chairman of the Multifamily ExecutiveLeadership Board.
NAHB created the board, which is composed of apartment builders,developers, owners, lenders and managers after its 1999 decision topromote multifamily housing production more aggressively and itsvalue in smart growth.
Bozzuto has experience in this issue. He has publicly advocatedthe role home builders can play. Also, Bozzuto Group was one of thedevelopers that contributed to creating King Farm, anaward-winning, mixed-use community in Rockville, MD that wasdeveloped by Pritzker Residential.
