The 112 condo units will be priced from $650,000 to more than$2.5 million, according to the developer. Six oceanfront villaswill be marketed for $3 million and up. Sales begin inDecember.

Resort condo hotels are becoming an increasingly populardevelopment along the South Florida oceanfront. Several projectsare planed at Sunny Isles Beach, while others are in theconstruction pipeline at nearby Fort Lauderdale Beach.
