The new leases are All Bases Covered Inc., 13,449 sf; SuperiorEnergy Services Inc., 9,907 sf, W.S. Nelson & Co., 5,743 sf;and W.H. Linder & Associates, 5,348 sf. Transwestern handlesleasing and management of the Sam Houston Plaza, which has beenrecently renovated with new facades, updated lobbies, atriums,common areas and landscaping. Since those improvements, the projecthas attracted new tenants including Nortel Networks, Bair andWelscher law firm, Centex Homes, Townsend Tarnell and QualityPublishing. The plaza is owned by Texas Land & Building Co., aDallas development firm.
