Half of the 74,000-sf facility, which is located on 8.33 acres,is office space and the remainder is light industrial manufacturingand research space. Under the terms of the sale-leasebacktransaction, the property will be leased back to TransCore under a15-year, bond-type net lease.

TransCore, headquartered in Harrisburg, PA, makes integratedturnkey hardware for intelligent transportation systems. Themixed-use structure was part of Amtech, a supplier of wireless datatechnologies such as radio frequency devices used in intelligenttransportation systems, which TransCore acquired in June from asubsidiary of UNOVA Inc.

W.L Carey and its affiliates are one of the largest lessors ofnet leased corporate real estate in the country.
