SANTA CLARA, CA-Storage networking firm DataCore Software this week opened a customer-service center in Santa Clara, CA.

It is the first Silicon Valley presence for the Fort Lauderdale, FL-based company. No details were released on square footage of the center, which is located at 2880 Lakeside Dr.

The 24-hour call center will house employees in the sales, customer service and training departments. Vice president of customer programs and services Cindy Sauln will run the center’s daily operations.

DataCore has raised $35 million in venture capital since May and financed overseas expansion to the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Canada and Japan.
