McCarthy O'Callaghan Co. of White Plains represented Frameworkin the deal. Newmark & Company Real Estate Inc., of Greenwichnegotiated for the building owner, 303 South Broadway Partners.

Until now, Framework had occupied approximately 11,000 sf at thefive-story, 180,000 sf building. No financial details on the dealwere released.

Chris O'Callaghan, a principal of McCarthy O'Callaghan, saysthat Framework chose to expand at 303 South Broadway due to theconvenience of I-287 (the Cross Westchester Expressway), I-87 (theNew York State Thruway) and the Saw Mill River Parkway. He notesthat the company felt the building offered an ideal location forits employees' commutation needs.
