The complex is at the southeast corner of Harbor Boulevard andGisler Avenue. It is currently occupied by Burger King and Denny'srestaurants, a Motel 6 and a Chevron gas station. The ground itselfis on a long-term lease.

The buyers, private investors Allen Fainberg and ArnoldFeverstein, were represented by the Irvine office of Faris LeeInvestments. The same office also represented the seller, OrangeCounty real estate giant C.J. Segerstrom.
