DETROIT-The 50-year-old vacant Tower Center at Greenfield and Grand River in Detroithas been reborn in a $2.3 million renovation project.

The building is now being leased to Youth Links, SERCO Skill Path Center andbranches of the Michigan Employment Security Commission and Veteran’sAffairs.

The uses have led to a designation by the City of Detroit and the State ofMichigan as a one-stop job-training center.The Children’s Place Learning Center is leasing a $450,000, 10,000-sf child care facility on the first floor.
