The seven-year lease gives Plycon 53,060 sf of office andwarehouse space at 4240 W. 190th St. in Torrance. The building,formerly occupied by Standard Paints, is roughly twice the size ofPlycon's longtime Inglewood facility.
The Klabin Co.'s Los Angeles office represented Plycon in thelease negotiations. Klabin's Torrance office represented thebuilding's owner, a private partnership known as ZA TorranceAssociates LLC.
