The 108,000 square foot building has 32-foot ceilings and crossdockdistribution capability, which was ideal for the needs ofPenske'sdelivery needs, according to Jack Allen, with B.A. Karbank& Co.
Completed more than a year ago, the building was formerly leasedon a short-term basis. This month, Karbank will begin constructionon twoadditional buildings in Northland Park along Missouri Highway210.
