The signing is Hartz's third major industrial deal in the regionin recent months. At the end of June, the company agreed to do a338,850-sf build-to-suit for Lantis Eyewear Corp. in Secaucus. InJuly, USCO Logistics renewed and expanded its lease from 116,000 sfto 190,000 sf in Jersey City.
