The building, developed by Trammell Crow Company, has been underconstruction since January 1999. It features 16 floors of officespace owned by Trammell, as well as four floors of space owned bythe Seattle Convention Center. The remaining two floors will serveas a two-story mechanical space.

Shelley Gill, leasing manager for Trammell Crow, says thebuilding's office space is almost completely leased. She says thather company is currently in negotiations with two separate tenantsfor 40,000 sf of the remaining 45,000 sf available-- which shehopes to close on prior to the building's opening date. Space inthe building is being leased at $42 sf gross.
