With the lease, PerkinElmer will relocate 300 employees from itscurrent Long Beach location to the new facility, located at 11240Warland Dr., Cypress. Officials at PerkinElmer are expecting tooccupy the new building some time during the fourth quarter.
The Klabin Company's Torrance office is the exclusive agent forthe owner, Warland Investments Co., and Colliers Seeley's Torranceoffice represented PerkinElmer in the transaction.
Recently, The Klabin Co. leased a new 59,280-sf R&D buildingin the center to Berg Electronics Group Inc., which has 250employees.
