The project includes a five-story, 174,000-sf office building; asix-level, 143,000-sf parking garage; a 7,300-sf expansion of anexisting building; a day care center for employees' children; and aone-acre lake. A general contractor for the $20-million project hasnot yet been selected. Construction of the new facilities isscheduled to begin in first quarter 2001. When completed, the28-acre campus will accommodate approximately 1,300 employees, asizable increase from the current occupancy of about 440employees.

Administaff had moved to its current site in Kingwood in 1991and completed an expansion of the facility in 1996. The Administaffcampus now includes 130,000 sf of office space in two buildings.Munson Kennedy Partnership Architects is designing the newbuildings. The Administaff campus is near the intersection of USHighway 59 north and Kingwood Drive.
