Construction is already underway on the first store in Everett.Plans are to begin construction on a Bothell site by the end of theyear, pending approval by Snohomish County. Other eastsidelocations are also being scouted. The drugstore locations will eachaverage about 16,700 sf in size and cost about $4 million toconstruct.
