Nelsen will be "applying his extensive development managementbackground to identifying growth opportunities," says Leah Segawa,a CarrAmerica managing director. Prior to signing up withCarrAmerica, Nelsen was vice president at Costa Mesa, CA-basedPolygon Development Co. where he oversaw commercialdevelopment.
CarrAmerica Development currently has several million sf indevelopment across the county, and to date has completed more than18 million sf nationwide. The company currently holds interests inmore than 20 properties throughout the Bay Area.
