Totex Manufacturing Inc. bought the complex for $3.1 million.The building stands on a two-acre parcel at 2927 Lomita Blvd., notfar from the company's current headquarters.

Totex plans to move into the new project next month. It wasrepresented in the transaction by the South Bay office of KlabinCo. Cushman & Wakefield's local office represented the seller,Industrial Dynamics.
