The Studley Experience contains an overview on the companyitself, case studies in specific industries, lease news and anon-line edition of the Studley Report. It also has a search tool,time zone specific graphics, document sharing, project messageupdate boards and chat areas available around-the-clock to clientsand brokers. The user can select the information he or she wants toappear, personalizing the page as it appears on the screen.

"Very cool," writes Peter Pike, president of PikeNet, in awritten statement released by Studley for the new site addition.PikeNet is an on-line publisher of real estate information. "Thisis much more effective than sending the client to your public Website, where it might be difficult to find relevant pages,particularly if you have comprehensive content," he adds.

A spokesperson for the Studley Experience shares his view withGlobeSt.com following the announcement, saying that the site isunique among the e-technology sites emerging in the commercial realestate industry and will enhance the ability of those in the marketto make choices and transactions. With regard to other sites, in astatement, Jeff Hipschman, Studley's chief technology officerweighs in. "In an era of information overload, it is critical topresent relevant, personalized information," he writes. "TheStudley Experience facilitates the transaction process withoutburdening the tenant with extraneous information."
