Curt R. Ewald will assume the role of senior vice president ofoperations resources, James Walters as senior VP of sales andRobert S. Davis as senior VP of vacation ownership."These three keyappointments substantially strengthen and complete our managementteam," says Fred J. Kleisner, Wyndham's president and CEO.
The newly created position being filled by Ewald is a step tobetter align product lines and corporate support. Ewald previouslywas a senior VP for Asia-Pacific for Starwood Hotels &Resorts.
Walters will be overseeing all national sales offices inChicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York and Washington, DC.He previously had worked as VP of sales and marketing for Adam'sMark Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels Corp. and as director ofsales for the Waldorf Astoria in New York City and the HiltonChicago & Towers.
