The building, designed by the Washington, DC architectural firmof Hartman Cox Architects (Market Square, Franklin Tower) willconsist of 12 stories above grade and two and a half levels ofparking below grade. The first floor of the building will featureapproximately 8,200 square feet of high-profile retail space.
