Ninteman Construction got the contract through its parent, SundtConstruction of Tucson, AZ, for the two-year, $18-million contractawarded by Naval Facilities Engineering Command. The contract callsfor a renovation and upgrade.
The nine-story building will be renovated to house 316 Navalpersonnel and include air- conditioning and seismic upgrades, alongwith some amenities.
