According to RealtiCorp Commercial Investment Fund, a restaurantdeal with Tennessee-based Ruby Tuesday Inc. appears imminent. Thedevelopment is also to include a BJ Wholesale Club, up to 200apartments, office and warehouse.
About 20 acres would be devoted to this so-called flex space. Todate, however, no contracts have been signed to develop thesebuildings.
The BJ Warehouse store will be the second in the Charlotte areafor the Massachusetts-based company. Its first store in the regionopened last year in Pineville, NC. The 108,000-sf Mooresville storeis expected to be open by Thanksgiving.
